Born in St. George, Utah, February 7, 1966. Admitted to Nevada bar 1993, and to the
U. S. District Court. Received Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in 1990; and his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law of Brigham Young University in 1993, graduating cum laude. Was the Senior Editor of BYU Journal of Public Law. Practice includes past and pending matters before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada as well as all of the State courts within Nevada including the Nevada Supreme Court. Member: Clark County Bar Association; State Bar of Nevada; American Bar Association. Member of Nevada Mandatory Arbitration Program Panel of Arbitrators.

Mr. Jones has successfully taken numerous cases with seven-figure demands to trial and verdict, with many such cases having been reported in the Nevada Trial Reporter, due to the complexity of the case, and favorable outcome for Mr. Jones’ clients. During the course of his career, Mr. Jones has had the opportunity to represent large and small businesses when they have faced contract breaches, real estate matters, or business disputes that are impacting the companies bottom line, and ability to function. He has also been able to represent families that have experienced the pain and trauma of an injury related to a motor vehicle accident, or the result of someone else’s negligence or wrongdoing. His efforts in both defending and prosecuting cases has assisted Mr. Jones in developing his strong advocacy style, regardless of whether he is representing a large company, or a small family. In addition to his significant litigation experience, Mr. Jones has enjoyed the opportunity to advise and counsel business owners on employment issues, litigation practices, and risk management assessments.
