
Born in Odgen, Utah, July 27, 1965. Received Bachelor of Arts
degree in English from Westminster College in Utah. Received Juris
Doctorate from Valparaiso University Law School in Valparaiso,
Indiana, graduating cum laude. While at Valparaiso University Law
School Mr. Dunkley was a note editor for Valparaiso University
Law Review. After graduating, Mr. Dunkley served two years as a
Judicial Clerk for the Hon. Brent J. Moss, of the Idaho Seventh
Judicial District Court. In 1998, Mr. Dunkley moved to Nevada and
began his career with an emphasis on litigation. Mr. Dunkley has
litigated numerous matters in the Nevada District Court and before
the Nevada Supreme Court. Member: State Bar of Nevada; Utah State
Bar; and Clark County Bar Association.
Mr. Dunkley is licensed in both the State of Utah and the State
of Nevada. He has extensive trial and litigation experience before
both the State and Federal District Courts, and has successfully
taken numerous cases to trial, and verdict. Mr. Dunkley has made
a point of focusing his practice on assisting families and individuals
that have suffered as a result of someone else’s wrongdoing.
Whether it is a motor vehicle accident, assault, or a faulty product,
Mr. Dunkley prides himself on assisting those people who have been
injured to get just and fair compensation for their injuries. During
his extensive career, Mr. Dunkley has prosecuted cases ranging
from muscle strains and sprains, to much more severe catastrophic
brain and spinal injuries, and severe fractures. Whether it the
injury was life altering, or simply painful for several months,
Mr. Dunkley prides himself on utilizing the same work ethic and
effort to protect his clients through aggressive advocacy.
